Jonathan Zuckerman: I'm curious about how you and the team thought about engineering the protein complexes. Was there a lot of work in engineering the proteins themselves or was the creativity in terms of finding the domains and which ones you'd want to hook together? We think that if your goal is to silence a pathogenic gene, then the advantages of the CRISPR off are you get a single outcome as opposed to many different pair of events.
