What Is Religion and Its Relationship to Politics

I think everybody has been captured by the politicization of religion. Spinoza defined religion as downstream of society he do he basically says you know religion is just a tool for getting people to organize and it has no inherent truth to it. The laws are just there to bind you to one another, I kind of feel like everybody has accepted that on some level. To put it very bluntly. We're all spinasists now. It's just for for me that's sad for me that’s sad.
