Are the Intelligences Conscious?

There's a manner in which you would be willing to understand them as telligences that exist, let's say, theys, not necessarily as conscious. Ahso there is a sense in which they're not capable of change. And so it gets very problematic. Many agencys is not, is not physically located. Well, i think agencyco where is it in the person?
