Introduction

Supreme Court rules that a Tate Modern viewing platform is a nuisance to residents of luxury high-rise building. Florida ceiling windows offer panoramic views of London's skyline, but it's what you can see from the museum's viewing gallery that's been the subject of years of legal action. Residents applied for an injunction in 2017 and demanded that the Tate close-off parts of the platform to prevent visitors seeing into their properties. But judges kept ruling against them, until years later when the case made it to the UK's highest court.
