The Role People Play in a Family

Some people have different cards when it comes to maturity levels or capacity, but also very real different cards in the sort of environment they've been given to grow up. For example, if you're the youngest of three and your parents had a different sibling position, then the role that you occupy is going to be different if they were also youngest or an older. So there are so many different factors into it, but in general, the eldest or the youngest, or a child who's born at a high stress point in the family, is likely to be most focused on by parents. And that's a key to understanding in variation and how people grow up to have different ways of operating in relationship
