There's this flaw where a lot of things will work if everything goes perfectly, but they really do. And partly because we've become very digital in our experiences, there's kind of this inbuilt belief in technology that, you know, if we build this digital process, it will work. Whereas in the past, when things were less digital, there was a an understanding of human fat ability and understanding that errors occur. So you need to be really good at putting them right when things go wrong. But I think organizations have forgotten how important that is.
