The Importance of PBS on Layer Two Sequencers

The sequencer in these layer two domains plays two roles right uh it proposes new blocks but it also decides on the ordering of that block. In order to decentralize the sequencer you need to come up with a mechanism that doesn't introduce these centralizing tendencies and so we actually know one mechanism from ethereum layer one which is kind of to have some leader rotation mechanism where there's enough time for people to build their own blocks. We can then outsource the construction of these blocks to a professional market of block builders who are better able to control them than us.
