Hallie Jackson: The shift in the Republican Party better than the war in Ukraine right now. She says traditional hawkishness on Russia has been replaced by a deep skepticism of U.S. involvement overseas. A Washington Post poll this month, 50 percent of Republicans said the U.S., was doing too much to support Ukraine. That's up from just 18 percent who said the same thing last year.
