Dong-Kong was the home base for the second brigade of the 93 and of the Mobile Rivering Force. At any one point, usually part of the MRF was there and part of it was conducting operations somewhere on the river. The command and control scheme is very interesting because again, you have an army and a navy component,. It's a task force, who's in charge.
