Twitter is being sued by users who say the site violates their free speech rights. The company has agreed to settle out of court, but not before a judge rules on whether or not it should be banned from using certain terms and phrases. Twitter CEO Yolanda Ben-Ghiat says she doesn't think there's a bigger headache in the world than owning twitter.
