If you look at the real wages of college graduate men without post graduate education, they've been fairly stagnant for the last 20 years. Post graduate wages are growing very rapidly. But let's talk about the people whoo we know are struggling. They and up say, driving oper but maybe per's going to disappear soon. I'm starting to think they're not coming.
