How to Setup Product Ops for the First Time

product ops can be a super helpful role to really empower products for sure so you've built this function now up from the ground twice right like you've been the person in there leading the charge. I agree we were just talking about this before we were recording but I think everybody people still come up to me and they're like well what do you think of Marty's thing with product ops? "I'm like well his follow up was right like it's not just about a bunch of process people this role doesn't take the place of bad product management right"  You need like two or three things that you can point you to being like this is what we do these places just to help
