The Second Reason of Prayer

The first reason of prayer is to be filled with the holy spirit. The second reasons are to work through grief and anxiety. Jesus spent all night in prayer before making a very important decision. Worry flourishes in the place that prayerlessness creates. Take what you're going through to prayer. Let it out before god. Process it with god, and you will see god's peace that passes understanding.
