The Power of Ultra-Precision

If you know how stars are moving through space, you can use them as three-dimensional markers. To do that, you need to have this ultra-precision to see precisely where those stars are. It's essentially trigonometry. And it does this 100 times for all of a billion stars. So you measure the position stuff to a shirt button precision 100 billion times.
