The Importance of Being a Feminist

Jude Law's mother Lorraine was the original feminist in her life. She always taught me and my sister, you can be anything or whatever you want to be. But she never wanted to buy as Barbies because she felt that they were an unrealistic idea of her own beauty. So I feel very grateful that I wish I had a beautiful example of my whole life. What an important reminder that it doesn't have to be oppression that can lead us to a fight for equality. It can be a parent or a friend or a grown up in your life saying, look what you've got and look what is yet to fight for.
