The Importance of Single Double Triple Advice
It's one of the few exercises that I've ever trained in my life where I might do a day of nothing but singles or triples. It gives you a lot of bang for your buck well I mean fatigue obviously that's gonna play a factor with your mechanics and how that's gonna affect that. There is a proper way to do it but go deadlift the failure almost always a bad idea there's definitely cases and advanced people that can do this.
