Is There a Criminal Penalty for a Redundancy?
Piano and o ferries say redundancies came without warning or prior consultation. If they don't submit a form to the government, there are potential ramifications that actually criminal sanctions can be taken against them. The company denies reports that security staff who escorted some of the staff off the actual ferries were wearing balaclavas or had been directed to use handcuffs or force. And sam wants to know what the griffiti says on the wall.
