Is It Just One Support Engineer That's Misinformed?

i'm hoping this was just one support engineer that just wasn't informed, or something like that. There is a topic in the harmis nity forums. I know there's some projects out there, om some pythan libraries that are attempting to either find another way to access these devices, or reverse engineer an api,. But, ye, until then, ithink, if you haven't already, made sure those tpe link muts, whichs are blocked from your route. And i just hope in future, if i upgrade my route, yo, don't have enough time to upgrade. Ye. But yat's very disappointing.
