Is Darius the Meed Just Another Name for Gobrius?

Some people have argued that darius the meat is just another name for siris the great himself. There are also different theories on how to pronounce darius. I don't know if we're necessarily talking about the same king darius as darius the meed here, but i appreciate the comment connects it back to daniel's ephis as well.
