J&J's Proposal for a Nine Billion Dollar Settlement of Talcla Suits

The talcla suits with the asbestos and it's finally settled. It's J&J though that has proposed paying at least eight point nine billion dollars to thousands of people who sued the company alleging their town containing powder is cause cancer.
