Reports of a disease had begun to circulate, primarily out of america. Five cases of an unusual neumonia in los angeles called numasists caman pneumonia,. There had been found in five young, previously healthy game men. At the same time, there were also reports of a group of men in new york and california with an unusually aggressive canser named carposes socoma. It would be just under a month later, on the third of july, when the new york times would run a story with the head ine, rare cansus seen in forty one homisexuals.
