I agree 100% through culture, we have to value mothers and value fathers. And just be really careful about not accidentally creating economic incentives which may take away some of those fathers from being in the homes with the mom. This is one of those policy issues that's difficult to know what to do. Because the government can't force people to get married. No. Right? But you can give tax breaks for marriage and having children and you get to deduct the mortgage interest on my loan and so on. So, it has to come from the bottom up through norm changes.
