When I was first learning, I couldn't believe it. I'm reading every single book by every monk and every Western, and they all kept saying the same thing. Well, it's really just about the breathing. All you got to do is remember in out or long short or deep chalice any sort of awareness of breathing. And, and it always stops the thinking. Even it's only for a fraction of a second. It has that effect. So generally speaking, our thinking is not happy. It's either neutral or hence past future or whatever, right? So all you have to do is go.
