You Can't Do the Texas Method.

You're not going to do five sets, five across, on this programm at all. At 51, you don't need to do thati've been dong three. I do three cets across on the monday workout and e and then make friday heavy pulling day and do some lights. That's a much better option for you than texas method, or anything like that.
