The Importance of Experience in Design
There's an entire misunderstanding throughout the industry and in the minds of design recruiters or even hiring managers. I think maybe if we would have this let's say ESO standard of design seniority or some sort of regulator qualified something yeah we should get the diplomas like I don't know practitioners and yeah that that would bring some structure to the entire problem but the message that you just sent out is that titles are not that important and they're extremely subjective.
