Is a Recommendation Inherently Protected Speech?
This was the issue that came up recently in the Supreme Court case, the Gonzalez case. The question is whether or not recommendations are somehow exempted from sort of algorithmic protections. And you know, there are a bunch of different questions there, but I think is worth calling out because people who don't spend a lot of time with this don't always get it.
