Unmute if It's Quiet?

On june um, i think that we need a culture for people to feel vulnerable and have psychological safety to unmute and speak at any time. I don't care ifer's a jack hammer out at your door, if you're actively talking. And what i'm actually not a big fan of using sume wetenar for for meetings, or even i don't even like to do wethenars. Cause whenever we do like a public thing, i want to bring people in and talk to theman,. engage them and make them participate. Swong to manny, to all the values that we hold dear.
