The Colorado Public Accommodation Statute Is Broad and Expansive

There wasn't really a limiting principle. I kind of expected maybe something limiting this in some way to sexual orientation. So the truth is, under this opinion, there's no reason why the same logic wouldn't apply to a business that wanted to discriminate on the basis of race. The Colorado Public Accommodation statute is really broad and expansive. Like Liz mentioned, it includes sexual orientation.
