Ovarian Hormones and Perimenopause Menopause

Menopause is really characterized by the permanent cessation of mencies. And that's as a result of a loss of ovarian follicular activity. So there are five main stages. They can be difficult to characterize mostly because hormonal measurements during this sort of transitional phase have very limited diagnostic values. We move from sort of minus stages into plus stages and that will make sense in just a second. What are the main physiology changes that occur from perimenopause menopause and then post menopause? I approach things through an ovarian hormone lens and I'm led from there into other physiological changes.
