Long Term Benefits of Yoga
There is interesting research, for example, into age-related cognitive decline. When you compare meditators or yoga practitioners to those people who are not doing yoga or meditation, then you see less decline. So this is not clear causal evidence. But at least it's an association and an interesting hint that you might perhaps not live longer but live better in higher age.
