The Importance of Democracy in Action
A Harvard historian believes that the affirmative action decision is at variance with public opinion. She said calling the interpretation of the 14th man baffling and the court's logic on this and other recent rulings, quote, a little bit illegible. Is this woman out of her mind? It's fucking insane that these people get to teach at Harvard, much less, they shouldn't be teaching a community college for God's sake.
