The Differences Between Pro and Anti-Establishment in Hong Kong

The Chinese government has tried to define how Hong Kong works because lots of people aren't Chinese patriots. So they've come up with a whole bunch of rules about as long as you're not actively overthrowing the government, thenyou're fine. But if you want to have any sort of policy making role, if you actually want to make decisions in Hong Kong, if you're not a paid Chinese patriot, you'll be listened to and your views will be considered. And one thing about national anthems and flags is that once you agree that we all are waving the flag, then you could disagree about everything else.
