Is Saturated Fat Increasing Heart Disease Risk?

Eating more saturated fats is going to increase the risk of heart disease or cardiovascular disease because it's reducing the people. But we have very robust findings from decades of very large perspective studies mapping out how it usually works in the general population. We also have studies from the Pacific Islands where on the island of tokalau they had no heart disease and they had the highest saturated fat intake in the world from coconut. And I think there are so many factors here that I think the issue is like the overall issue is you're playing a certain level of risk, right?
