The Darkness of Gandalf
Theoden becomes a shell of a man really gives into despair. There's no hope for the kingdom. And then Gandalf opens the sky and shows him that above the clouds, there's still light. You just have to have eyes to see it. That's kind of when he the age of depression washes off of him. And he is up. He's standing proud again. And he leads his people with blue eyes and clear vision.
