The Dot Com Bubble and the Rise of Zero Interest Rates
The dot com bubble was bursting as well. Do you think in Ron because of like that backdrop to of like what was happening in the markets helped expedite that process? And then I guess my follow on now is after the decade plus of low rates and we're starting to see we've seen rates rise, things are starting to break. Is it going to expose more of the excesses in the system? Like more of the I've heard folks kind of talk about we're going to get to like a golden age of fraud. do you see a parallel there or am I totally off on this one?
