Sometimes when we focus too much on the interface that is facing the user, what I've experienced is that sometimes we even make it more usable than it has to be. And one example I usually bring up is recently we redesigned a service where people go on online. It was much easier to ask the questions, but they didn't get any answers. So the complete experience, of course, was worse.
