The Metropolitan Police Will No Longer Be Doing What From the End of August

I'm a bit torn about this because at one level, the standard of the skill set of police officers when dealing with mentally ill people is rather variable. Sometimes they're kind and compassionate, sometimes they stick a spit hood on them and try and taser them.
