The Importance of Cross-Functional Design in E-Comm
There is an interesting lesson to be learned from the pure-play e-comm players. Some are aware of the sustainability element but certainly the growth and cost elements that we talked about earlier. And so you get examples, I'll give a funny example. We have a dog and we ordered a pooper scooper recently. So just think like long handle scoop at the bottom. Another thing that you go to the hardware store and lots of those kinds of products, but in terms of e-comm doesn't ship very well.
