Ferrari and redbell may have had a leg up in understanding the ground effect over mercedes. But i wouldn't say that is the determining factor between them having a winning car compared to mercades for arguments sake. I think what we must also remember is that, a, there's a lot of differences between the real, real world a build of the cars and the simulated version of the cars. The teams have suffered because they didn't have the tools. A, tuned, effectively toto corelate to the real world, ok?
