In theory, you should be able to carry on trading if you're carrying out the same like action plan or your trading plan. But I've found more success in simply like, putting it into a small block and that's it for myself. And even the members that I train, I've seen a lot of growth and success in the smaller amount of trades put on. It takes time to develop that level of discipline. So I think when you first start off, you have to start with those small goals as been, okay, today, maybe you want to do trades and just simply follow the plan. That turns into a month of following a plan, six months of following a plans,
