The Cost of a Bad Hire

Sometimes we bring in a customer that's not the perfect fit and then we're you know using heroics to save the account. And I've also seen this with staff, right? We bring somebody in and You know, we thought I was a good fit and turns out that um they weren't. So if you put that work in ahead of hiring then you can make the decision, right? Like, well, it's not a good fit. Does that make sense? It does make sense.
