The Government's Sentence Memo for Stuart Rhodes
The government came in with a very, very long, I think something, yeah, almost 185 page sentencing memo. Now, it's a sentencing member that applies to all nine Oathkeepers who are convicted at the two trials but they have asked for 25 years of incarceration for Stuart Rhodes. They've done that in part by adding a terrorism enhancement to the calculation of the sentencing guidelines.
