Nietzsche's worried about when this theoretical culture ends when it can't deliver on the promises of knowledge and scientific progress. As far as whether that's true that's a mixed story right but in general I mean companies don't move don't outsource their labor to like a factory in Malaysia because they can pay them more money than they would be paying American workers right they're doing it to exploit them right.
