Building Confidence Is the Key to a Peace Process
I think that at the present moment, both sides are convinced that they will win the war. We had the possibility to reach an agreement about the evacuation of civilians in Azov's town. There are other aspects that have been some exchange of prisoners. But we still have a long way to go to create the conditions for a peace settlement. And we need to use all opportunities to try to build confidence.
