Is There a New Russian War Coming to Ukraine?

Ukraine has a tendency to at times sound a little bit overdramatic almost virgin on the hysterical about this notion that there's some crashing and colossal new Russian offensives coming. The Russians although they will have some 150,000 or so new troops admittedly new disgruntled not terribly well trained and certainly not very well equipped troops with probably Frank thread bear and questionable officer corps given that that's not someone you can sort of something you can just kind of whistle up easily but nonetheless this will allow the Russians to launch some offensives.
