Carbon Capture and Storage

There's an assumption built in there of a carbon capture and storage technology that is many times more effective than any carbon captures to day. And like we said before, it doesn't exist. It's not real. What carbon it is capturing is mostly being injected back into the ground to get more oil out. The bill says it is going to cut emissions by forty % by 20 30,. But it seems like a lot of that relis on carbon captured and storage, which a literal pipe dream.
