"It's been cruel. It's exactly what it is," she says of her character, Mon Mothma. "I can't help but think of all the soldiers on like, Hoth and stuff and just wonder like, why are they there? They're not just generic, like, older people, you know?" She adds that everyone has their own reason for being in a rebel cell. 'This is what makes this show interesting'
