The Competition for Talent in the Media Industry
The next big one for me is definitely going to be technological disruption. I think in the media business, if we're honest with ourselves, it has always been there. It's just the pace of technological innovation has accelerated. And now it's something that, you know, like the paper that I help stand up, they didn't even want to have a website. There are other universal things kind of tie into both of those, the competition for talent and regulation.
