How to Improve Your Mental Focus

Every time I'm on the train now, what is everybody doing? Staring at their phone. Not only that, I see so many people riding their bicycle, riding their bicycle in the city. There's lots of people around looking at a phone with one hand while they ride their bicycle or walking on the street,. staring at their phone and walking. The good news is that because everyone's distracted, if and when you improve your mental focus, you will stand above everybody else.
