A company or team culture that values thoroughness and like responsibility is really important. Having the buy-in from leadership to be able to take time to redo something if it's not good, I think is really important for me. Silicon Valley is like everything has to be moving at like breakneck speeds,. But I feel like I don't really enjoy that kind of environment.
